No ma'am. This is for all businesses - from PT's, beauty businesses, mindset coaches, dog walkers, private chefs, carpenters, product based businesses... and everything in between.
The reason this is, is because the teachings are based around the concepts that Kayleigh used to build out multiple different businesses (in a variety of realms).
Instead of teaching you things such as "how to create content that gets you more lash clients", we focus on a broader spectrum, eg. "what buyers want to see in your content, and how to use that to get more sales".
This means you can use these teachings in any business, at any time.

Yes, and no.
It really depends where you're at in your business journey.
If you haven't set up the fundamentals of business (eg. insurance, ABN, tax, pricing your services) etc, this is not the course for you. You'll probably find the teachings overwhelming, and not relevant for this current level in your business.
However
If you have a business, that's either successful already - or in the stages of building more success - then this is for you.Basically, to find value in this course you literally have to be ambitious. (And have your big-brand-energy in full swing).
You have to be willing to go the extra mile; (eg. launch a podcast, start email marketing, refine what you sell, create a product or course, etc) to find value in these teachings.

Realistically, you can expect approximately 1 hour of teachings, and up to 1 hour of integrations.
For example,
A live call will generally be about 60 minutes.A workbook may only take you a few minutes to fill out - but then you want to create 67 different types of posts for your Instagram.
To get the most out of this course, I'd allocate about 2 hours of scattered work throughout each week of the course.
