There’s something expansive about brushing your teeth next to someone at the point in there career that you dream of achieving.
Of having conversations around what’s normal in their life, what they value, how they move day in and day out of their business.
It’s like being able to peak into their soul for long enough to truly understand how to cultivate the success they have.
Beyond the fundamental parts of business; like marketing, strategy, financial management; there’s one primary factor we sometimes forget to consider in someone’s success.
And it’s how they choose to lead themselves.

It’s time to rewrite the narrative.
I started as a home lash tech. I was nothing but a lash tech.
I remember feeling the isolation and the disconnection from the Industry. Seeing those lucky enough, find a small group of beauticians that bond and do life and business together.
And more than just finding “friends” in the industry;
I wanted to form life long, unwavering, safe relationships with likeminded business owners who just got me.
That’s exactly what’s birthed in these retreats.
I want you to see it more than just the workshops, or the business, or the planning;
It’s business the unconventional way, to normalise being an ambitious woman, with a desire to build soul-friendships and expand the opportunity of collaborating with your industry to make it happen.
(While we simultaneously create and execute the moves needed to catapult your business to the next level).
What to expect;
Our days will comprise of several business dedicated workshops, where we work specifically on what’s not working in your business, where we are planning to scale to, and how exactly we’re going to get there.
Beyond the tangible business action, we’ll be confronting the mindset blocks that have held us in our current ranks for far too long; that ultimately prevent us of moving full-throttle towards our big dreams.
In our other time, we’ll be indulging in meals from our private chef, drinking tea and bonding with the other girls, and taking our own down time to recenter and recharge in the space between.
My promise to you, is to show you a way to buisness like no other.
To guide you to the success that you crave.
And to bring a light to you that changes you indefinitely.

I can't even begin to explain how transformative and expansive the last few days were. It was full of;
+ Connection: After so many wholesome activities, deep conversations, laughs and plenty of tears; I can safely say I have made incredible connections with all of these women.
+ Inspiration: Being in a room with powerful women with some insane goals naturally did something to my mindset and it gave me permission to aim for the stars as well.

Honestly, I kind of expect enrolling in something like this to scare the pants off of you. That's normal: and is actually probably the exact reason why you're a good fit.
Rest assured knowing that there will be plenty of women here that don't know other retreaters.

You’ll be randomly allocated a room with up to 3 other retreaters. The rooms are compromised of single bed, queen beds, and bunk beds. You may request a certain bed style if necessary.
